A straight answer on what ships in the Rage 2 Collector's Edition for Xbox One, including the Steelbook, poster, and Ruckus the Crusher talking head.

Quick answer

The Rage 2 Collector's Edition for Xbox One includes the game disc, a Steelbook, the standard game case, a poster, the Ruckus the Crusher talking head, and the retail packaging. If a piece isn't on that list, it isn't part of this edition.

Why the included-items list is the real checklist

Collector's editions often get confused with retailer preorder bonuses or later reprints. For this Rage 2 set, the catalog description is unusually direct: you receive only what is listed, and anything not named is not included. That makes the list itself the most reliable buying tool, especially for open-box or pre-owned copies.

It also means you should not assume a digital code, art book, or extra physical item is inside just because another edition of the game had one. The safest approach is to compare the seller's actual contents against the list rather than against memory or marketing images.

The talking head is the piece that changes the purchase

Ruckus the Crusher is the item that separates this edition from a standard copy. It is a display piece, not a game accessory, so its value depends on whether you actually want a mutant head on a shelf or wall. Buyers who mainly want to play Rage 2 can save money with a standard disc and skip the storage question entirely.

Rage 2 Collector's Edition questions answered

What exactly comes in the Rage 2 Collector's Edition?: The game disc, a Steelbook, the game case, a poster, the Ruckus the Crusher talking head, and the retail packaging. The catalog note is explicit that items not listed are not included.
Is the Steelbook the same as the game case?: No. This edition lists both a Steelbook and a game case, so you should expect two separate cases. Check that both are present if you buy an opened copy. Count two cases, not one.
Does the poster come folded or rolled?: The supplied product information does not specify the poster's condition or packaging method. Ask the seller directly if poster condition matters to you.
Is Ruckus the Crusher a figure or a talking display?: It is described as a talking head and a display piece, not a posable action figure. Its practical role is shelf or wall display, so plan space for it before buying.
What should I verify on a pre-owned or open-box copy?: Confirm the disc, Steelbook, game case, poster, Ruckus talking head, and retail packaging are all present. The catalog note says anything not listed is not included, so missing pieces are not extras you can assume were left out by mistake. Ask for a photo of every listed item laid out together.
Is this edition worth it if I only want to play the game?: Probably not. The extra cost goes to the Steelbook, poster, and talking head. If you do not want display items, a standard Xbox One copy covers the gameplay.
