Both controllers feel solid and responsive right out of the box, no wobble in the d-pads at all. The console fired up on the first try with the new power adapter, and picture quality through the A/V cables is plenty sharp for a classic system.

Booting up Duck Hunt with my kids was pure nostalgia—this bundle came with two new controllers that feel just like the originals. The console itself is clean and worked on the first try, even with Mario 3 and Zelda. All I needed was the system and cables, exactly as described.
