Robert B. ★★★★★

I wasn't sure what to expect from a refurbished controller, but the Winter Armor finish looks flawless and the buttons feel just as responsive as a new one. The textured grip on the back is still in perfect shape, and it synced to my Xbox immediately.

Harper ★★★★★

The textured grips are still in excellent shape considering this is pre-owned, and the Gold trim around the thumbsticks hasn't faded a bit. It paired instantly with my console and plays perfectly smooth.

Isabella ★★★★★

I was a bit worried buying refurbished, but the Winter Armor paint job on this Kait Diaz controller is flawless. The texture on the grips feels just like a new one and it paired instantly with my Xbox.
