Got the refurb and you honestly can't tell it's pre-owned—the camo pattern on the shell is crisp and the thumbsticks feel tight with zero wobble. Pairs with my console in seconds and the retail packaging was a nice bonus for storage.

The controller showed up in its retail packaging and looks brand new, with the blue Patrol Tech finish looking even better in person. The grip texture on the handles is a nice touch for long gaming sessions. Feels just as responsive as my old one, but way cooler to look at.

The Patrol Tech finish looks even better in person than in the pictures, and the textured grip on the back makes a real difference during long gaming sessions. For a refurbished unit, it arrived in flawless condition with the retail packaging, and the controller feels solid with zero stick drift.
